HHHunt Communities was in need of a brand development agency partner to create a new brand identity for their new development, River Mill by HHHunt. The project included graphic design and branding from the ground up to include marketing materials, custom drawn and painted site plans, plats and remaining brand templates and design guides.
The Community of the Year award recognizes overall neighborhood design, unique design features, implementation and creativity of the marketing plan, effectiveness and continuity of marketing phases, overall quality of presentation and sales success. Since opening in 2019, River Mill has become one of the most sought-after planned communities in the Richmond region.

- QR Code management
- Developed centralized product portal for all community builders to acquire River Mill by HHHunt printed and promotional materials custom branded to their company's brand specifications
